Howard County arrests

Monday, 9:33 a.m., deputies arrested Anthony A. Winner, 41, 2400 block of Balmoral Boulevard, at home, on a body attachment warrant.

Monday, 11:20 a.m., deputies arrested Kevin Schafer, 23, 4500 block of East 200 South, at the Hamilton County Jail, on two warrants for failure to appear.

Monday, 11:22 a.m., deputies arrested Heather M. Spear, 35, 1400 block of South Main Street, at home, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Monday, 11:25 a.m., deputies arrested Tyrone Brown, 53, 100 block of South Faulkner Street, at the Hamilton County Jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 1:11 p.m., deputies arrested Kelsey E. Sinning, 20, 2900 block of Joyce Drive, in the 2600 block of North Washington Street, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Monday, 1 p.m., deputies arrested Israel Velazquez, 30, Elkhart, at the Elkhart County Jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 1:25 p.m., deputies arrested Tonya N. Winchester, 36, 5100 block of Wea Drive, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Monday, 3:17 p.m., police arrested Shannon Young, 31, 1800 block of North Jay Street, at home, on a Hamilton County probation violation warrant.

Monday, 3:47 p.m., police arrested Aaron Woodard, 26, 1100 block of East Taylor Street, in the 1500 block of North Purdum Street, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 5:05 p.m., deputies arrested Joshua Smith, 34, 1000 block of East Richmond Street, at the Howard County jail, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Monday, 5:35 p.m., deputies arrested Adrianne Bowers, 39, 800 block of Harvest Drive, at the Marion County Jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 5:50 p.m., deputies arrested Terence Neely, 37, Indianapolis, at the Marion County Jail, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Monday, 6:40 p.m., deputies arrested Kristina Santos, 32, Indianapolis, at the Marion County Jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 6:45 p.m., police arrested James R. Lunsford, 34, 1800 block of West Taylor Street, at Richmond and Webster streets, on three warrants for failure to appear.

Monday, 8:14 p.m., police arrested Alex M. Holofchak, 22, 2800 block of Amberwood Place, at home, on felony charges of marijuana possession, dealing marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.

Monday, 8:28 p.m., deputies arrested Tony Boggs, 43, Peru, at 600 North and 00 East/West, on a body attachment warrant.

Monday, 9:12 p.m., police arrested Willie White Jr., 55, 1000 block of East Monroe Street, at home, for operator never licensed.

Tuesday, 1:22 a.m., police arrested Tommy L. Bender, 19, 900 block of East Monroe Street, in the 700 block of South Main Street, on a felony obstruction of justice charge.

Tuesday, 1:40 a.m., state police arrested Jonathan D. Diaz, 26, 600 block of South Market Street, at Ind. 22 and 300 East, on felony charges of driving while a habitual traffic violator and identity deception.

Tuesday, 1:44 a.m., state police arrested Jalen T. Knight, 25, 1200 block of West Mulberry Street, at Ind. 22 and 300 East, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 2:52 a.m., deputies arrested Christopher Lee Short, 33, 600 block of Miami Boulevard, at home, on a felony domestic battery charge.

Tuesday, 3:41 a.m., police arrested Dominic D. Blankenship, 18, 1900 block of South Goyer Road, at Buckeye Street and Markland Avenue, on a warrant for failure to appear.

    Arrests

    Tuesday, 5:04 p.m., police arrested James R. Cox, 63, 900 block of South Market Street, at that residence, on charges of possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance. Police also arrested Rick S. Hancher, 49, 600 block of Marsha Court; Amanda G. Jones, 31, 7000 east block of 50 North; and T.E. Oday, 33, 700 block of North Webster Street. They each face charges of possession of meth and visiting a common nuisance.
