Sunday, 4:58 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male on the 1700 block of East Markland Avenue on a charge of public intoxication.
Thefts
Thursday, 4:20 p.m., the theft of a tote, a tent, dishes, a folding chair and miscellaneous paperwork was reported from a vehicle in the 2600 block of North Washington Street.
Thursday, 4:40 p.m., the theft of tools, computers and a PlayStation game system and games valued at $3,665 was reported during a burglary in the 5000 block of Council Ring Boulevard.
Friday, 8:56 a.m., the theft a trailer valued at $2,000 was reported from the 100 block of South Dixon Road.
Tipton County arrests
Saturday, 11:40 p.m., police arrested Kristen M. Clark, 32, 600 block of North Phillips Street, Kokomo, on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
Sunday, 6:35 a.m., police arrested Mark A. Moss, 25, 600 block of Hill Street, Tipton, on a charge of theft.
