Howard County

Arrests


Wednesday, 11:48 p.m., police arrested Robert E. Bittenbender, 28, 3600 block of Briarwick Drive, at that residence, on charges of domestic violence battery and battery.

Thursday, 1:07 a.m., police arrested Richard McClung Jr., 35, 600 block of East Taylor Street, in the 1200 block of West Jackson Street, on a charge of possession of marijuana and two Grant County body attachment warrants.

Thursday, 9:20 a.m., deputies arrested Shaun T. Dozier, 30, Chicago, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 11:20 a.m., police arrested Brett A. Fields, 46, 1400 block of North Morrison Street, at Monroe and Waugh streets, on warrants for petition to revoke and six counts of failure to appear.

Thursday, 11:25 a.m., police arrested Willie White Jr., 54, 1000 block of South Dixon Road, at Monroe and Waugh streets, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Thursday, 12:52 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old male at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Thursday, 1:12 p.m., deputies arrested Shawna Roseberry, 39, 1600 block of Boca Raton Boulevard, at the Howard County jail, on a parole violation.

Thursday, 1:35 p.m., deputies arrested Amanda Galligan, 29, Kingston Heights, Ill., at the LaPorte County jail, on warrants for two counts of failure to appear.

Thursday, 3:10 p.m., police arrested Adam Jerrell, 20, 2500 block of Balmoral Boulevard, at Defenbaugh and Market streets, on warrants for invasion of privacy and two counts of failure to appear.

Thursday, 3:15 p.m., deputies arrested Russell Fouch, 44, 700 block of North Market Street, in Howard Superior Court 1, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 3:35 p.m., police arrested Dale E. Nicholson, 29, 1700 block of South Purdum Street, at that residence, on a warrant for burglary.

Thursday, 3:40 p.m., deputies arrested Brian K. Prince, 19, 1800 block of South Plate Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for invasion of privacy.

Thursday, 4:08 p.m., police arrested Rachel L. Smith, 22, 1000 block of South Main Street, at that residence, on a warrant for criminal mischief.

Thursday, 5:34 p.m., police arrested Matthew Ruebush, 42, 700 block of South Market Street, in the 700 block of South Wabash Avenue, on a body attachment warrant.

Thursday, 7 p.m., deputies arrested Shawn Wolf, 29, Walton, for termination of the pre-trial diversion program.

Thursday, 7:40 p.m., police arrested Mark Shoffner, 23, 1200 west block of 300 South, at that residence, on warrants for forgery, fraud and theft.

Thursday, 9:37 p.m., police arrested Levi R. Davis, 32, homeless, at Meijer, 2301 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of theft and warrants for a body attachment and failure to appear.

Saturday, 10:01 a.m., police arrested Robert D. Bammerlin, 29, 600 block of South Main Street, in the 700 block of South Buckeye Street, on a charge of invasion of privacy.

Thefts

Tuesday, 9 p.m., the theft of two Kenwood speakers, Kenwood tweeters and an Alpine stereo was reported from a vehicle in the 2400 block of North Purdum Street.

Wednesday, 12:44 p.m., the theft of a desktop computer and accessories was reported from the 600 block of East Mulberry Street.

Wednesday, 12:29 p.m., the theft of a furnace, an air conditioner and appliances was reported from the 1000 block of East Gerhart Street.

Wednesday, 1:13 p.m., the theft of $200 in jewelry was reported from the 1400 block of South Webster Street.

Wednesday, 2:18 p.m., the theft of speakers, an equalizer and a Gateway computer was reported from the 1200 block of North Ohio Street.

Thursday, 11:44 a.m., the theft of multiple tools valued at $4,600 was reported from the 900 block of North Wabash Avenue.

Thursday, 7:31 p.m., the theft of two bicycles and a go-cart with a red Briggs & Stratton engine was reported from the 1000 block of South Waugh Street.

Friday, 10:45 a.m., the theft of a .38-caliber Smith & Wesson handgun was reported from the 200 block of West Murden Street.

Tuesday, 11:30 a.m., deputies arrested Dennis Little, 31, Kokomo, for a probation violation.

Tuesday, 6 p.m., deputies arrested Rodney Stewart Jr., 22, Culver, on a charge of check deception.

Tuesday, 7:40 p.m., police arrested Aaron Combs, 27, La Fontaine, for a violation of home detention.

Wednesday, 2:51 a.m., deputies arrested Joe Trudeau Jr., 26, 1600 block of East Wabash Road, on a charge of operating a vehicle having never been licensed.

Wednesday, 5:20 a.m., police arrested Bryan Tiat, 29, 100 block of East Third Street, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Wednesday, 5:50 p.m., deputies arrested Brian R. VanCamp, 54, 500 block of Clinton Street, Bunker Hill, to serve 48 hours in jail.

Wednesday, 6:20 p.m., deputies arrested Stacy Patton, 39, 1500 block of South Cooper Street, Kokomo, on a warrant charge of failure to appear in court.

Wednesday, 11:30 p.m., state police arrested Marshall A. Wheeler, 51, Indianapolis, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Thursday, 2:20 p.m., deputies arrested Phillip M. Maxwell, 19, 60 block of South Miami Street, Peru, on a warrant charge of probation violation.

Thursday, 5:30 p.m., police arrested Eric L. Nollenberger, 33, 1300 block of North Bell Street, Kokomo, on charges of possession of a schedule III controlled substance, a felony charge of possession of marijuana more than 30 grams and a charge of reckless possession of paraphernalia.

Thursday, 6:15 p.m., deputies arrested Mariano Orta, 26, South Bend, to serve three days in jail.

Friday, 10:55 a.m., deputies arrested Donald L. Decker, 21, Noblesville, on a warrant charge of probation violation.

Friday, 10:55 a.m., deputies arrested Thomas Fletcher, 42, Indianapolis, on a warrant charge of probation violation.

Friday, 10:55 a.m., deputies arrested Andrew L. Williams, 25, 2700 block of North Washington Street, Kokomo, on a warrant charge of probation violation.

Friday, 10:55 a.m., deputies arrested Delbert L. Roark, 26, 800 block of East Taylor Street, Kokomo, on a warrant charge of probation violation.

Friday, 12:38 p.m., deputies arrested Timothy G. White, 48, Wabash, on a charge of burglary.

Friday, 2 p.m., police arrested Anthony D. Sanders, 36, 300 block of East 3rd Street, Peru, on a charge of being a habitual traffic violator for life.
