Marlo Mauntel and Bruce Mahaney were married at 5 p.m. July 28, 2012, at Elliot House, next to the Seiberling Mansion, by Chaplain Wil Price. A reception followed at Elliot House.
She is the daughter of Dee and Paul Mauntel, Russiaville, and is a graduate of Northwest High School in Missouri. She attended the University of Missouri in St. Louis and received a bachelor’s degree in English from Indiana University Kokomo. She is employed by Chrysler.
He is a graduate of Tipton High School. He is a past member of the Professional Bullriders Association, a veteran of the Navy, and is employed as a pressman at Shearer Printing.
Maid of honor was Sheila Wright, friend of the bride, and flower girl was Faith Freemen, daughter of the bride. Best man was Martin Aspiazu, brother-in-law of the groom, and ring bearer was Philip Freeman, son of the bride.
After a cruise to the Bahamas, the couple reside in Kokomo.
