Allison Sears and Jacob Gibson

— Allison Sears and Jacob Gibson were married at 4:30 p.m. June 18, 2011, at First Church of God Kokomo by Pastor Jerry Ausbrook. A reception followed at Celebrations Banquet Facility in Kokomo.

She is the daughter of David Sears, and Rex and Rhonda Burket, all of Kokomo. She graduated from Western High School in 2005 and from Indiana State University in 2009. She plans to graduate from the IU School of Dentistry DDS in 2013.

He is the son of Pam Gibson, Kokomo, and Danny and Lois Gibson, Georgia. He graduated from Kokomo High School in 2005 and is a deputy with the Howard County Sheriff Department.

The matron of honor was Brittany Beatty, and the best man was Adam Gibson.

After a trip to Ocho Rios, Jamaica, the couple resides in Kokomo.
